The first-ever Kansas City Dolphin Tank represented the Kansas City entrepreneurial ecosystem at its best!

As an angel investor in Womens Capital Connection, one of only 14 all-women angel groups in the US, and a panel member, I am proud to have been a part of this landmark event.

We were able to bring together over 100 women founders, entrepreneurs, investors, students, friends of founders, members of incubators, organizations that support entrepreneurs, and folks simply “interested.” We listened, we asked questions, we learned.

Being an entrepreneur is hard work. Being a female entrepreneur seeking funding, is even harder. My firm Solve KC has the mission of “Helping Kansas City companies grow.” Dolphin tank delivered exactly that for the women founders who presented.

Congratulations Kansas City — we will continue to get better and better at supporting our Women Entrepreneurs!
